Safety & Upkeep Committee

The Safety & Upkeep Committee reviews and prepares fire and other safety procedures for the building. The committee obtains information prepared by local jurisdictions and publicizes special alerts and neighborhood safety information to keep residents informed and prepared.

The committee also monitors the building and works closely with management on matters such as building appearance, needed repairs, and aesthetic improvements to the common areas of the building.
