Communications Committee

The Communications Committee serves as a key source for information sharing within our 4620 community. Our primary mission is to keep residents informed, engaged, and connected by providing timely, accurate, and relevant updates for community news, events, and important decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• 4620 Monthly Newsletter: The committee regularly publishes newsletters that highlight upcoming events, recent meeting outcomes, maintenance projects, and other community announcements.
• Website Management: Our newest project oversees the condo association website, ensuring that all information is up to date, accessible, and easy to navigate for residents and prospective owners.
• 4620 Info Screen: We manage the information screen located in the lobby at the front desk with latest daily information, events schedules, and live links to local transportation schedules, METRO, METRO BUS, RIDE ON, and the Friendship Heights Shuttle Bus.
• Special Events: Starting with a focus on the GEICO development, the Communications Committee will host “Special Events” with guest speakers to highlight issues and important topics that impact the 4620 Community.
